With 8 years of teaching and research experience, she has established herself as a significant contributor to the field. Her academic journey includes a BSc. Degree and an MPH degree in public health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yalemwork has been actively involved in both teaching and research, imparting her knowledge to undergraduate and postgraduate students in nutrition courses related to public health and health sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She served as a Co-Investigator in various projects, including a demonstration project evaluating the effectiveness of delivery modalities and the marginal cost of adolescent girls&#8217; WIFAS and nutrition counseling program implementation in Ethiopia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yalemwork was also part of an implementation research project aiming to develop four model nutrition woredas in Ethiopia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She contributed to the BUNMAP project, which focused on the economic, psychological, safety, and quality aspects of food and nutrition and their effects on pregnancy outcomes, child growth, and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yalemwork currently serves as a formative research lead and Co-Investigator in the Integrating Immediate Kangaroo Mother Care (iKMC) into district hospitals with a level 2 neonatal intensive care unit: Implementation Research project.
